I don’t understand all the negativity in the reviews, yes its pacing is not Bourne territory but it is suspenseful, fabulously acted and grabs your attention. Fassbender is once again excellent and unlike most spy dramas, he is actually quite believable.
Please don’t let any negativity stop you from watching, it’s definitely worth it
I haven’t seen the French original before this so forgive me if I don’t make a comparison, but it would be a shame if a negative comparison took away from any enjoyment of this. Perhaps the pacing issues come from the binge watching culture, it’s probably slow if you want to watch multiple episodes in one go, but honestly I don’t see any problem with it.
